1. Your founding membership

A $499 USD one-time founding payment includes the first 12 months of Commercial Pro access. You are preordering a product currently in development. Your term starts when the defined core product is available to you and your membership activates, not on the purchase date. We notify you of activation and the end of your initial term. This founding purchase does not automatically renew.

2. The core Commercial Pro product

Launch scope includes commercial reimbursement benchmarks by CPT/HCPCS code and geography; comparisons across Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), UnitedHealthcare (UHC), and Cigna; published negotiated rates associated with nearby providers; verified provider identity and specialty where available; commercial-versus-Medicare comparisons where context supports them; market medians and ranges; and six months of historical published negotiated-rate research.

3. Data coverage and interpretation

Records may not be available for every payer, code, ZIP, provider or historical period. Missing, unsupported or insufficient data is identified. Provider attribution is shown only where verified; a matched identity does not verify an individual contract. Published negotiated rates do not necessarily equal actual claims payments or collected reimbursement. Setting, modifiers and contract conditions affect comparability. No contract outcome, savings or financial return is guaranteed. The product provides research information, not medical, legal or billing advice.

4. Funding protection

If the campaign’s minimum funding condition is not satisfied when enrollment closes, all founding payments are automatically refunded. You do not need to request a failed-funding refund. We notify purchasers of the funding outcome and refund arrangements.

5. Change your mind before launch

Request a full refund of your founding payment any time before Commercial Pro launches. Email info@medfeeschedule.com with the email used to purchase and your order reference. No reason is required. Do not send payment-card details.

6. Your 14-day satisfaction window

Try Commercial Pro for 14 calendar days after your membership activates. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund during that period by emailing info@medfeeschedule.com with your account email and order reference. The window runs from your recorded activation timestamp through the same local time 14 calendar days later in the campaign timezone. A refund ends the associated founding membership. There is no automatic renewal obligation.

7. Delivery protection

The defined core product will be delivered within 60 calendar days after the presale closes. If it is not available to an affected purchaser by the guaranteed deadline, that purchaser is entitled to request a full refund. This right applies in addition to the before-launch and satisfaction-window rights. Your full year of access starts only on activation.

8. Refund processing

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 60 calendar days after an eligible request is received, or after the campaign’s failed-funding determination for automatic refunds. The processing timeframe does not shorten the period in which you may request a refund. Refunds cover your full founding membership payment. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

9. After your first year

The $499 founding purchase does not automatically renew. Near the end of your initial term, we may invite you to purchase a separate subscription at the then-applicable price. A new purchase and fresh explicit consent are required. If you decline, your paid commercial membership ends when the original 12-month term expires. No future subscription price is guaranteed.

10. Payment processing

Purchases, when enabled, use the dedicated hosted Lemon Squeezy checkout. Review the seller, currency, full payable amount, any applicable taxes and the one-time payment description there before paying. Lemon Squeezy payment-processing terms also apply. A successful checkout click is not proof of purchase; orders must be confirmed by the payment provider. No existing Medicare Pro subscription is changed by this offer.

11. Material changes and fulfillment

We will notify affected purchasers of a material change to the core scope or delivery commitment and offer a full refund if they do not accept the change. We will not silently shorten the promised access term or replace an agreed deliverable. Refund and cancellation requests use the support contact below. This campaign does not provide an unconditional lifetime refund guarantee.
