About MedFeeSchedule
Our Mission
MedFeeSchedule was created to make Medicare reimbursement data easier to access, understand, and use. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) publishes detailed fee schedule files each year, but the raw data can be difficult to navigate and time-consuming to interpret.
MedFeeSchedule simplifies this process by providing a fast, searchable interface for Medicare Physician Fee Schedule data based on the 2026 CMS Final Rule. Our goal is to help medical billers, practice managers, and healthcare administrators quickly find the reimbursement information they need without sorting through complex CMS spreadsheets.
About the Founder
MedFeeSchedule was founded by Ryan Simeone, a digital entrepreneur based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Ryan created MedFeeSchedule to bridge the gap between publicly available CMS data and practical day-to-day healthcare operations. He designed MedFeeSchedule to prioritize speed, clarity, and usability while preserving the integrity of official Medicare data.
This platform is independently operated and is not affiliated with CMS or the U.S. government.
Our Data Source
All reimbursement data displayed on MedFeeSchedule is derived from publicly available files published by CMS, including the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule released under the 2026 Final Rule.
We do not alter base reimbursement figures. The platform presents official CMS data in a more accessible format to support research, operational review, and educational use.
Users are encouraged to verify critical billing decisions against official CMS publications or consult qualified healthcare reimbursement professionals when necessary.
